Azure Empire

Azure Empire has been the powerhouse of Atonia for over three hundred years now. Founded initially after the fall of Macrebeth by the survivors, The First Azure King vowed to eliminate the dependency on magic of the Era of Arcana. Since it's inception Azure Empire worked forwards humanity's progress and independence from any sort of magic. While their efforts haven't been all that accepted around the world since generally magic is easier than whatever gadgets The University of Alois develops, they are still a highly respected nation across Eslar.

Magic in the Azure Empire

Despite their stance on magic as not being a necessary thing, they still educate young magic users on proper use of their powers. There are three main schools of magic across Azure Empire.

Magic users are still deeply respected in Azure Empire but it does not automatically grant them higher status just because they are magic users.

Culture

Azure Empire has been established with the purpose of removing the dependency on arcane and divine magics in order to prevent the another disaster like The Sky's Fall. Most Azurians are at least somewhat educated as education is very important to the Empire's overarching goal.

Demography and Population

Humans are the prevailing race in Azure Empire, followed by Elves, then Halflings and Dwarfs. There are various other races that are speckled upon the face of Azure Empire but they are rare enough that people would take a double if not a triple look at someone like a tabaxi or a firbolg walking down the street.
