Topp
Topp is a village of colour, art, comedy, music and creativity. It does not have a bardic school - instead encourages everyone to pursue creativity outlets. It is similar to Hume within the the Tuck region of Malnax.
It is linked to Topps Island - generations before family members moved from Pelago Islands to Tucalyos (and to Malnax).
Known for blueberries, cooking apples and dairy cows.
