The ruler of the place gave his name to the outer plane = Acheron plane: The Infernal Battlefield


Acheron is a warrior god of iron and war. He controls much of the material in the outer plane of Acheron, and represents primitive force, order, battles and energy. He is known as “ferraille” means “iron”. The worship of Acheron can be traced back to Iron Age civilizations.
The purple clothing worn by his followers is a representation of his passion, which is borne out in his aggressive personality. 

In his earthly life Acheron is said to be the first ruler of the Giant Titans.
When some of his subjects failed to show respect, Acheron killed them, and then ultimately himself with his own iron sword. He disappeared into the outer planes to create the plane that became known as The Infernal Battlefield of Acheron. He left with the promise to help those who call on his name in battle. His followers believe him to have to have disappeared into the Esau’s surface instead of dying, then moved to the outer planes. Throughout his earthly life, Acheron is thought to have fought many battles and forged the strongest iron weapons.


The Adherent The followers of Acheron are known as The Adherent.

Acheron and The Wild Mother

Acheron is a God of Iron and War.
The Wild Mother is a Goddess of Natural World and Fun.
At no point have they agreed on anything. Acheron’s passion is about the battle cries and heart tearing screams of the dying – the Iron forges to be blades and arrowheads gave him pride. The Wild Mother adores the morning calls of the birds and the evening noises within the woods and forest. Her mischievous and free loving nature is too chaotic and cheerful for the strictly conformity driven Acheron.
They cannot even agree on the best colours. Acheron loves purples, Iron grey and crimson of blood. The Wild Mother much prefers the greens, blues, yellows and browns of nature.
Alcheron saw what transpired in Labés City within Kutloc, on Esau. He allowed one Rakshasa, named Kazor, to disguise as one the Goliath tribe Acheron chose to trust. Acheron asked Kazor to see that the new city be taken in battle, rather than slavery.
The Enchantress Ezmia (who also links herself to Lolth, The Spider Queen) and The Violet Vixen were both sent as well. The Enchantress to cause havoc for The Wild Mother within the newly formed Feywild Expanse. While The Violet Vixen was placed in the far end of the Prime Material plane part of Kutloc - wanting to prove herself more capable than The Enchantress.
