The Grand City of Mieveht
The Grand City of Mieveht is a massive city at the southern tip of the mainland. The king of Mieveht rules over all of the plateau, which includes the city proper, as well as the three "gates" - smaller cities that guard the main paths leading to and from the city. Mieveht is divided into districts, segregating the population into different social classes for the most part, and the city itself is said to take a full day to walk from end to end. The city is surrounded by massive cliffs that drop down into the canyons on both the east and west sides of the city, and down into the ocean on the south. The northern end of the city is walled off separating Mieveht from the plateau that it is built on. There are also walls within the city between a few of the districts. Notably, there is a wall that runs between The Commons and Thelnea, Cyrin, and Kaizen. There is also a wall that separates Thelnea from Cyrin, and Hyrciin from all surrounding districts. The Commons, Cyrin, Lahthrin, and Kaizen are all open districts and walls can be passed through freely. Thelnea is more difficult to get into, usually requiring some sort of official papers of identification to pass through the wall, but people do find their way in. Hyrciin on the other hand, is completely locked down and entry is prohibited to all but those personally invited by the Royal Family.
The Districts of Mieveht
As such a massive city with a very diverse blend of cultures and social classes, The Grand City of Mieveht is split into a number of districts, many of which are separated by a physical wall, some of which cannot be traversed freely.Hyrciin
Hyrciin, also known as the High Crown district, is the district of the king, his court, and his family. It is by far the most defensible area of the city being the farthest from the main entrance, and thus separated by many buildings and walled portions of the city. It also sits at the southernmost point of the Mieveht Plateau, hundreds of feet above the water, making attack by sea almost impossible. The Hyrciin district is home to the actual nobility of Mieveht. A large castle takes up much of this district, where the King and Queen of Mieveht reign. It is nigh impossible to gain admittance to this district unless you have specific business with the royal family.Thelnea

Cyrin, also known as The Central district. Cyrin is a district in the center of Mieveht that is a hub area for trade, travel, and is home to many inns for travelers both within the city, and visiting the city.Kaizen
Kaizen, also known as The Craftsmen district. It lies between the central, trading district, and the laboring district as a direct route for turning raw materials into finished goods to sell.Lahthrin
Lahthrin, also known as The Laborers district. It sits atop a bountiful mine, and areas of forest are rotated through growth and clear cutting. This district provides most of the non-imported, non-food resources for the city.The Commons
The Commons, known only as it's common name, is the largest district of Mieveht, taking up almost half of the cities area and constantly expanding further north onto the open lands of The Mieveht Plateau. This district is where most of the population lives in Mieveht, and is specifically home to the middle and lower classes of citizens. This entire district is residential, with the exception of a few areas that are set up as markets, which are usually ran by a church, also in the area.
