Cassien Nailo

Cassien Nailo is a dark elf male in the early half of his second century. His long term history involves a past life, metaphorically, as a noble in the drow homelands. His wife was killed in an attack by creatures from the underdark, leaving him to care for his daughter, Xanphia, alone. In his desperation, he made a vow not to raise her somewhere so dangerous and he abandoned his position and made his way to the surface, into the city of Mieveht. He used what wealth he could bring with him to set himself up a nice life on the surface, buying a nice house in the noble district, Thelnea. Decades have passed since this by the time the characters of the Mieveht Story encounter him. Xanphia is a young adult by human standards, if still a teen by elven standards, and Cassien has seated himself as the leader of "The Den". The characters find themselves working for him after they are brought to him by Xanphia for helping her during a jailbreak. He tasked them with stealing a special bottle from another noble within the district, a high elf named Ezerai Emeria, and in return he would grant them what freedom he could or would bring them into his business. It is after this job that the characters learn of his daughter's disappearance since she brought them to him and he asks them to please help him in finding her.
