Gaya

Gaya are a shamans - healers and teachers to the Gaytish people. Their superior knowledge of herblore makes for some of the greatest healers in the land. Gaytish infants are reared and tutored by Gaya. Galmi is the Gaya Eldar shaman.
As healers, carers, and teachers Gayas often assume a parental role in a society without biological ancestors - looking after their old or sick and educating their young. Since the Rite of metamorphosis, select Gaya oversee fertility rituals.
