Shark's Teeth
The guard force of Aquaycia that are trained to enforce the laws of the High Masters. One of their other duties is raiding the surface settlements along the river.
Structure
Each of the High Masters controls a "Fin" of the Shark's Teeth. This way, there is a balance among the high masters so that they do not attempt to use military force to gain an advantage over their rivals.
Each Fin consists of a five waves led by a Shark Wrangler; each wave comprises 10 teeth (1 Umizu warrior).
