Fairy
Fairies are a race of beings that were created by the Spirits as their first attempt to create life for the Mortal Realm. They lived in close concert with the Spirits and almost rivaled the powers of the Lesser Spirits. Yet, they were given immortal lives and also the powers to create and shape.
Now, only a few Fairies still dwell in the Mortal Realm, one in the Elven Woods but the others remain hidden. The Fairy of the Elven Realm guides the Elves and helps them to learn. No One knows why the other Fairies remain hidden from the world but there is a prophecy that references them.

Genetics and Reproduction
Sexual reproduction, so far only fairies have mated with other fairies. It is not clear if they could produce half breeds, like dragons.

Fairies reside mostly in the Spirit Realm, either in the courts of Spirits or in Domains of their own.
Dietary Needs and Habits
Fairies who live in the Material Plane eat mortal food but they do not need too.

Social Structure
There are very few Fairies, and when they do engage with one another it is as equals, regardless of age.
With other races, they are respectful but also view them as children.
