Alaziel "The Pale Man"

The Pale Man is a member of The Fen. One of the oldest members of the Fen; he was instrumental in the overthrowing of the Disciples of Crerare: The Fen.   In the year 420, he led an attack against the druids in White Constellation and annihilated most of the inhabitants. It is unknown why he led this attack.   He began to aid the Master of the Fen with his mission of gaining power for the organization. He was in Haben in the year 436 when the The Blood Witch was attempting to break into the Levell Family Compound and steal the Stone of Dimensions. He was attempting to gain access to the artifact and used the Geas spell on Lord N4 of Briar Lake in order to get it.

Alaziel is a 13th-level spellcaster. Its spellcasting ability is Intelligence (spell save DC 21, +10 to hit with spell attacks). Alaziel has the following wizard spells prepared:   Cantrips (at will): chill touch, dancing lights, mage hand, mending   1st level (4 slots): false life,* mage armor, ray of sickness*   2nd level (3 slots): blindness/deafness,* ray of enfeeblement,* web   3rd level (3 slots): animate dead,* bestow curse,* vampiric touch*   4th level (3 slots): blight,* black tentacles, Wall of Fire   5th level (2 slots): geas, Remove Vital Organ*   6th level (1 slot): circle of death*   7th level (1 slot): finger of death*   *Necromancy spell of 1st level or higher


Dimensional Traveler. As a traveler of the planes, Alaziel has the ability to cast plane shift as an action 1/day. It takes him two rounds to cast plane shift.   Shapechanger. Alaziel can use his action to polymorph into a Small or Medium humanoid he has seen, or back into his true form. his statistics, other than his size, are the same in each form. Any equipment it is wearing or carrying isn't transformed. he reverts to its true form if he dies.   Grim Harvest (1/Turn). When Alaziel kills a creature that is neither a construct nor undead with a spell of 1st level or higher, Alaziel regains hit points equal to twice the spell’s level, or three times if it is a necromancy spell.   Life Essence: (10 Reservoirs). Alaziel can use the Homebrew Mechanic: Essence effects. He has 10 reservoirs he can utilize.

Actions

Withering Touch. Melee Spell Attack: +10 to hit, reach 5 ft., one creature. Hit: 5 (2d4) necrotic damage.   Undead Servants (Recharge 5 and 6). As a bonus action, Alaziel has a 50% chance to summon 1d4 ghouls within 30 ft to join him in combat. The Ghouls remain until they drop to 0 hitpoints or Alaziel dies.  

Bonus Action.

  Magical Mastery. As a bonus action, Alaziel can sever the magical energies of one magical item for 1d4 rounds. If the item is a common magical item it happens automatically, uncommon item there is a 75% chance, rare item 50% chance, Very rare 25% chance, and legendary items have a 5% chance of being severed. Once he uses this ability he can not use it again until he takes a long rest.

Legendary Actions

Alaziel can take 3 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action option can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature’s turn. Alaziel regains spent legendary actions at the start of its turn.   Spellwork. Alaziel casts a 4th-level spell or lower.   Summon Servants (2 charges). Alaziel uses his Undead Servants whether it's charged or not.   Dimensional Rift (3 charges). Alaziel opens a rift between dimensions. Any creature within 5 feet must make a strength saving throw DC 12 or be sucked in.
