Aggrilan
The realm of the Demon Spirit Dessilic is a hellscape plane in the Eternal Domain. It is part of the 10th ring of the plane of Spirits. The realm was abandoned while he was trapped by the Fairy King, but now that he is free, he has returned. He is not the only inhabitant; however, a hag by the name of Sevvella has moved into the realm, and now they vie for power.
Dessilic hopes to overtake the entire ring; but so far his realm only covers about a fourth of the demi-plane. Not much is known about the other realms of the ring.
Geography
Any mortal who comes to the plane suffers from the harsh winds that blow throughout, taking 1d6 piercing damage for every 24 hours spent on the demiplane.
