Kagow holds control over the ancient force of Shadows and is in possession of Chaos Fragments belonging to Darkness, Fire and Corruption.
Physical Description
Body Features
After his revival as the Lord of Shadows, Kagow became an ashen-skinned humanoid that looks similar to elves. Not in need of normal physical sustenance his body stays the same unless forcefully altered. Therefor he usually appears as an average looking, slim and slightly muscular elf. When he uses too much power, his veins change into a prominent black all over his bodies.
Facial Features
Kagow has the pointy ears typical for elves and the facial features commonly seen in old high elf families. His eyes can best described as prismatic, representing all colours of the rainbow that slowly rotate clockwise. Most of the time he binds his silver hair into a simple ponytail that reaches between his shoulders.
Identifying Characteristics
Besides the unsual eyes and the sometimes accuring black veins, the most prominent feature is a scar on both sides of his heart. This scar remains even when he shapeshifts as long as the new body has a heart. Due to his position as the Lord of Shadows, he can also easily be recognized while operating on full power. Then he gains black shadowy wings and a hovering war-crown indicating his tapping into the ancient force of Shadows.
Specialized Equipment
Kagow is often associated with the sword Dissociar that he wields while in conflict with other immortals. Over the course of his existence he collects countless artefacts and changes them depending on his mood and situation.

Personal history
Gender Identity
Kagow was born and raised as a male but in the Ulaman Empire that didnt mean anything as they raised gnders in the same way only caring for talent and effort. Later in his life, he sometimes changes genders and is comfortable no matter what he physically represents.
Sexuality
Like most other Ulamans, sexuality has up no meaning to Kagow. Flexibilty in romantic and sexual partners gender-wise was always one of their cornerstones but after disconnecting himself from the First Civilization even their fanatic goal of pure bloodlines lost all meaning to him.
Education
Kagow was educated according to the highest standards of the First Civilization. There he learned everything necessary to survive in ulaman high society as well as countless kinds of magic. Later in his life as the minister for exploration, Kagow also learns several kinds of physical combat, perfecting them through centuries of exploring unknown worlds.
Employment
Directly after his coming of age, Kagow directly became a government official in the department of exploration. There he worked his way up until he became one of the youngest ministers of the First Civilization. He was declared dead after he went missing together with his whole expedition corps for a few decades and was relieved from his position.

Mental Trauma
Every time Kagow dies, his soul cracks and sometimes even splinters. The cracks are bad enough as they can cause all kinds of physical and mental changes but the splinters are even worse. Every time a splinter completely separates from his soul, Kagow permanently loses a part of himself and the splinter can even grow into a separate (more or less independent) version of himself.
Morality & Philosophy
During his time as a government official for the First Civilization, Kagow dedicated his life to its integrity. Making sure that procedures went fair for everyone and expanding into new regions peacefully when possible were cornerstones of his behaviour. Even in the old Ulaman Empire, many of his colleagues and higher-ups scorned this, escpecially because Kagow didn't shy away from waging disadventageous political wars against his opponents.
After becoming the Lord of Shadows and being betrayed by his nation twice, Kagow became a recluse shying away from nearly all kinds of social contact, Centuries of isolation led to a drastic change in his morale code and when he later reappeared, he was seen as a ruthless monster who would stop from nothing to achieve his goals. Those who come to know him find that he never breaks a promise and Chronus, his longest companion, even attributes him to have never been caught in a lie. Chronus themselve doesn't comment if Kagow doesn't lie or is simply to shrewd in doing it.
Taboos
After his morale reorientation, his only taboo was concerning betrayal. Stemming from the deep scares of the double betrayal from his own homeland resulting in his first death, he could never betray those he called allies no matter the consequences.
Personality Characteristics
Motivation
At first Kagow was a devoted public servant in the First Civilization but after being killed by ulaman rulers, he completely separated himself from it not wanting to destroy what he once helped to build. During the Era of Chaos, Kagow mostly took care of the Heart of Shadows and conducting countless experiments. Later he is compelled by Chronus to take the lead of the rebels in the Last War. This was with the hope to revert the Ulaman Empire back to what it was during Kagows employment there.
Wealth & Financial state
Over the many aeons of his existences, Kagow collected more than most immortals ever see their whole life, which he mainly stores in the Heart of Shadows. In his vaults one can find nearly everything from normal coins over ancient tomes up to legendary artefacts.
