Jirucho Narbeim (Jih-roo-cho Nar-bay-em)
Jirucho is a prime example of someone of the Wylde Trybe that never accepted being marked with the special tattooing that prevents Ley mutations from manifesting in the individual. His parents refused to have him undergo the process, and once he was old enough to make his own decisions, he too followed that mindset, thus allowing his body to mutate however it chose to over his lifetime. His mutations are incredibly distinct, including two sets of wings with striking colors and some odd details of their own, asymmetrical horns, and a thick and very long furred and scaled tail which erupts from his mid back that looks like it belongs to an animal many times his own size. Despite having wings, Jirucho is flightless, but has learned how to wield his tail to lift his main body off the ground to provide an imposing presence among his followers and his enemies alike, and can use it as a means of locomotion similar to a snake with a mild amount of concentration.
Jirucho serves as a de-facto leader of the largest group of Wylde Trybe exiles in Ourobos, founding the settlement of Apeldaas on the island of Makaroy off the coast of Ishtos. He leads by example, trying to teach the others of the community to embrace their mutations and wear them as a source of pride instead of allowing the world to condemn them for something they could not control. As such, the tradition of the Ley mutation blocking tattoos being placed on an individual immediately after the first mutation develops is banned in Apeldaas, and only used if a mutation begins to develop that could have significantly negative impacts on the affected individual's quality of life.
