Undine

A finned humanoid creature from an Elemental Plane of Water. An undine can stay on this plane permanently by taking part in a binding ceremony with a denizen of it, but if it is broken, the undine will return and the party from this plane will die. (Unknown: undine and Kraken are the female and male of the same species.)
