Wogros invented the Divine Art Seizing The Storm that allowed him to capture pieces of storm to augment his power. The imbalance these missing storms created angered Saroth The Tempest God whose storms nearly washed away the shores of the Yang. A faction within the sect invited the help of the Blood Refinement Sect to try and turn him into a Living Blood Puppet. The ritual failed to fully steal away his will but allowed him to be sealed under the Glass Mountain.
