Earth Clan Roth

Along with the Trill the Roth are one of the two great trading clans especially among the plains and Savanah's that stretch across much of Yang. The clan's treasure is a set of three martial arts that can be combined by three practioners and when so combined gives each art the strength of a divine martial art.

Martial Arts

  • Earthen Armor (Sky; Combination): This art allows its wielder to pull earth around them as ever shifting armor and weapons. Despite its name and being more effective the looser the earth this art works with any soil and even with rock though losing flexibility and speed.
  • Shape Sands (Sky; Combination): This art allows the shaping of earth into things like quicksand, buildings, or charging bulls. As the earth used becomes harder the size of the effects become smaller and smaller.
  • Living Earth (Sky; Combination): This allows the user to imbue seeming intelligence to the earth around it, calling on its aid independent of the users will. Earth will attempt to entrap or block their opponents from odd angles with a crafty intellect.
  • When these three arts are used in tandem the wielders are able to awaken the sands around them into a formidable force both controlling it at their will and being protected by its own. Some of the most terrifying uses involve agregating this shared power into monstrous earth beasts of incredible strength.

Territories

The clan's territory is made up of great plains and savanah's bordering in places on desert. This loose earth is ideal for the clans art allowing them to swim easily through the ground all across their lands.
