In the years after the Fall of Veghit and the great migration of elves known as the Voyage of the Wavering, the eastern shores of Harts became flooded with elves. The first high-elves that arrived on the continent settled on the shores of present-day Duntalath where they established a new High-Elf nation of Athandor. The nation was organized by example of Edheldor laws and government system with a council at the head of the state.
