Massacre of House de Lis

A terrible incident that took places simultaneously in the cities of Corvalionne and Tourelle over the course of a single night in the year 1025 GA. The entire family and household staff of House de Lis were ruthlessly slaughtered in their home in Tourelle, whilst the head of the House, Stragran de Lis disappeared from his violently-opened cell in the Capital where he awaited trial for unknown acts of high treason against the Crown.
The perpetrators of the crime are unknown, as are the whereabouts of all the family members; though not all bodies were found, neither was much left to find of those whose limbs and other parts were identified, and enough evidence exists that none escaped that officially the Household is presumed extinct.
