Ter'Ahn
The Ter'Ahn are items of great power. What they do differ. If you need to be able to use magic to use it varies. But all of them are restricted in what they do. The Ter'Ahn are remnants from an age long since past, from before the Cataclysm.
There was a number of types of relics that were created in large numbers before the Cataclysm. Most of these are fairly simple. As a result of the fact that new copies can't be made, each existing copy has a high value.
There are also a number of one of a kind Ter'Ahn, all of which are beyond value. Their power varies greatly, but for one reason or another, they were the only copy ever made. Some are no more than very fine objects with a little weird power, while others are some of the most powerful items in existence, almost on par with the Divine Relics.
