Arcane Council

Summery

The Council is the ultimate deciding body in Tircha. What they decide if final and can only be overturned by another vote in the Council. Anyone going against the dictates of the Council will soon feel their wrath, one way or another.

Rules

There are a few rules that the Council is obligated to follow, though they are fairly free to decide what they want. With a majority, they can make most of their decisions, but to strip someone of their rights by law, they need to be unanimous.
