Pseudo-Signularity AI

Since the conceptualization of AI and Machine Learning algorithms, the idea of a runaway AI that simply improves upon itself infinitely has been seen as highly dangerous due to its uncontrollable nature. Since the discovery of Psionics (Exotic Energy), this concept has only been considered infinitely more dangerous. However, this was also the key to controlling the singularity.
