Culture

Hammer syndicate prides itself in maintaining a "dominating" company image. The standard uniform that enforcers wear feature imposing, highly angular, dark-colored armor for a striking look. Combat personnel are expected to maintain an impersonal, blunt, harsh personality when on the clock to fit the company theme. Some say this 'professional' attitude often leaks into their off-the-clock personality, but most employees insist that it's just for the job.

Originally, Hammer Syndicate was an expansive criminal organization operating out of the North American continent. However, with FTS crackdowns that the Commonwealth simply never implemented, the Hammer Syndicate was forced to adapt or be rooted out. They (allegedly) stopped their illegitimate activities, swam the proper channels under the new government, and became an official PMC.
