Cooperative of Eternals
The Cooperative of Eternals is a group of many Eternals who live within the Aether and work on a joint project together. These Eternals are not enemies -- in fact, they all know one another and have collaborated on many joint ventures. Each Eternal has a preferred style and personality, adding his own unique set of creative twists to the project.
Despite their general agreement to cooperate with the rules of the project, a stark contrast appears among the various races they have created. These races have appeared with the traits and characteristics their Eternals have given them, often being warlike with one another. How each race turns out is completely at the discretion of that race's Eternal, combined with the free will of the members of that race.
One of the rules the Cooperative abides by is that no Eternal may directly interfere with the race of another. Instead, they may direct their own races to interfere, which, in the case of a small number, can be spectacularly destructive.
As each Eternal can see the entirety of the project's timeline, they are permitted the option of appearing within the project as avatars representing themselves. In this form, they are free to interact with, or intervene for, their own races, giving them direction as well as a limited number of gifts to set them on their course. What form this assistance takes is also at the Eternal's discretion, though the consensus is that no more than two pervasive Aether-linked advantages may be provided, and even then, each must have a significant drawback.
