Bromal was born in Iful's Capital in the kingdom of Kol Duluramodul and grew to be a fierce warrior. Him and his brother - Sverrir - were inseparable, and gained quick fame for differing reasons. Bromal was hot-headed and lived for the thrill of battle, yet greatly respected his brother's modesty and compassion.
"'Brain Cleaver' an' 'Skull Digger', brothers-in-arms we were - two sides of the same dorul! He was mighty strong, but I was stronger! Though his compassion and modesty not even I could compete with."The nickname "Brain Cleaver" was rewarded to Bromal after a fierce battle where witnesses say his axe sliced through heads like a knife through butter. Though similar to his brother, he was more bold and prideful of his kills, gaining greater respect from the folk of Iful's Capital. In 9144 Origin Age, his life would be taken at the age of 88 (58 Earth years), along with his brother's. The false God of Decay had began spreading a disease that turned humans undead, and a child was afflicted by it. The brothers planned to kill him out of mercy, but Sverrir hesitated. The corpses able to be retrieved after the undead plague were buried in the deepest depths of the Catacombs of Gathuram.
