Isgimnur Polehouse

Isgimnur is long time resident of Tarkesh and friends with the family of Fernando Caelestirex. Isgimnur runs a trading business, but doesn't perform the actual buying and selling himself. He has an office (Isgrimnur's Office) in the Merchant's Quarter.
