Heliopolis

Heliopolis was a city located in the south of Siyyûtin, it completely disappeared after the Gargantua Catastrophe, leaving irradiated ruins and lands behind.

Before its destruction, it was an extremely advanced city that granted free healthcare and human rights but had no use for money. Despite its very social inhabitants, the city did not seek to conquer any further than the sea. Amongst their inventions, the most commonly found ones were animal shaped vehicles, created to enhance the natural advantages of existing creatures. Some were left behind after the catastrophe, notably underwater ones, who have now developped a certain degree of sentience. Their largest mechanical animal was a prey bird, said to still be soaring the sky above the desert, awaiting an order to come back to its master...
