Al-Baqiya

Al-Baqiya are creatures that have appeared after the Gargantua Catastrophe and are exclusively found near craters in the Siyyûtin desert.

There are only a small hundred of individuals, with human proportions and appearance, at the exception of their stone skin.

When a humanoid being enters their field of vision and does not maintain visual contact with them, they inch closer until they can touch the target. Once touched, the target is sent back in time, to an era preceding the Gargantua catastrophe.

Al-Baqiyas feed on the remaining lifetime of their target, thus if a 20 year-old with a total life expectancy of 30 years falls victim, the Al-Baqiya feeds on the remaining 10 years of life of the victim.
