City of An-Helat:

Population: 6600; (primarily dwarf, some gnome.)

Once through its complicated series of stone walls and gatehouses, visitors to An-Helat are treated to its beautifully-manicured gardens, featuring many a fruit or incense-bearing tree. It is governed by several wealthy aristocrats, known as the Order of Seven, who are respected for their fair, just nature. Home to the famous Brokhmal bardic college and its patron, Clan Hillcoat. Because of its status as a university town, most of its population is quite affluent. Many of its residents wear scale-pattern vests, a local fashion.
