Demographics

Large upper-class of goblins. Before the sinking their were almost 5000 goblins. Now since most of the nobility has fled their are only about 2000 goblins left.
Most of the city is composed of Telmerian humans. There are about 15,000 of them. Most of them live inside the walls of the city.
Before The Sinking there were about 500 Dwarves and 1000 Halflings.
Now there are about 8000 refugees living outside the walls of the city about 6000 of them in Hopetown.

Government

The Unbore  nation uses Vrik Bore as terratorial capital for its control of it's lands on Lower Antillia. Thus it is a large political hub with a large government center.
There are also lots of influential wealthy Goblin families with their own political interests. They might reassembly an organized crime family in terms of structure. However, they don't explicitly break the law many of them just believe they are too powerful for the law to apply to them.
