Wow! A species of wolves that have developed a means of written communication. This is fascinating. And I must admit, I'm a little bit jealous that they can see through each other's eyes, though I have to wonder if it would get confusing. Is this their primary form of communication, since they usually vocalize only to show negative emotions? Or perhaps they also communicate with body language. I'm also curious how humans communicate with them, though it's clear they are very smart, so they have likely learned to understand some human words, even if they can't repeat them. Great article!

Check out Natural Magic : a coming of age fantasy novel, because life is hard enough when you're fourteen, even without saving the world. Or listen to it in podcast form .

Thanks for giving it a read :)   Imagining multiple points of view for us humans seems confusing, yes. For them, thats just how it is. Each view is linked to an emotion or "thought" that is unique to that view and hance is memorable or used as identifier. Its kinda like sapping thorugh TV for them.   They do indeed communicate with bodylanguage allthough its only mentioned in one sentence.   Humans use the bodylanguage, their sign language and their own voice. Liur can remeber quite a few commands or even short sentences and they put in quite some efforet to coexist here. They cant be anywhere else due to the weather and "humanity" would have wiped them out as a threat if they did not had adapted to that.   All in all quite a few open points in this one but the idea is there, lets see when I used them in a story :D
