In the beginning, there was nothing but the deities in the Void of the Astral Plane. Isolde looked upon the Void and saw endless possibilities to create life, for that was her nature. Although the other deities scoffed and turned their backs on her to continue with their own lives, she left Aetheria to travel into the Void, eventually creating Eltharia. Her use of divine power caught the attention of Kellarix.
When Isolde refused to allow Kellarix to join in to create, he hid and followed her, watching her create the vegetation. Isolde eventually invited Gildrolin, Argaldo, Ramses, and Bellatora to help enhance and expand her world. Gildrolin created the precious minerals in the ground, Bellatora formed the Moon and tethered its power to the sea, Argaldo helped Isolde create the forms of mortals, but it was Ramses that breathed life into those mortals,. bestowing life upon them. These were the animals. From birds to the land creatures to the sea, the world was now teeming with animals and elves. Seeing the figures living now, Gildrolin asked for the same to be done for the figures he created. Thus creating the first Dwarves. Argaldo decided to join in on creating more humanoids, both the halflings and catfolk.
Through out this time, Kellarix was following and watching as the deities were creating life. He became angry and decided to tell the other evil-aligned deities of the world below. But he ended up not leaving due to another god being by Argaldo invited down: Deo. With the god of music and poetry, an idea formed to trick De'o to actually tell his fellow malicious deities about the world. After awhile of De'o being on Eltharia, being inspired by the new world for his artistic talents, Kellarix was able to get De'o alone and persuaded him to share all his new music with the rest of the deities on Aetheria. Thinking this was a great idea, De'o goes back and brings the new music he had created.
The deities loved and truly enjoyed the new artistic pieces. But once they asked him where he got the inspiration for the new pieces, he realized that he was tricked and tried to deflect. But Kellarix came out and told them about Eltharia. With the deities unhappy about Isolde ignoring them and not inviting them along with Kellarix stirring them up, this started a fight which ended up splitting the land of Aetharia into the floating islands of Aetharia that they are now.
To stop the fighting, Autarkeian sat in judgment of Isolde, and ruled that she could no longer prohibit which of the gods could or could not exert their influence in Eltharia; as worshipers grant deities their power, it was neither just nor balanced for Isolde and her allied deities to gain power whilst the evil gods could not.
