Recipe Twice-baked Goblin Zucchini Cheese Soufflé

Requirements: Green peppers, grated barbs from an obscure Cuali plant called a "snuin"
Effect: Allows a +3 on save to reflexes due to the Green peppers required.
Side effect: Person who eats it must make a save vs Fortify otherwise their skin will turn a light shade of goblin green for eight hours
