Cleo

Cleo was a Half Elf Bard best known for her uncanny knack for singing just the wrong thing at the wrong time. Although particularly gifted in song, on multiple occasions, Cleo had slipped lyrics into her songs that hit too close to home to her patrons. At one point, she had the opportunity to perform for the Noble house of the Lord in her hometown. Unfortunately, a few lines into her first song, Cloe's lyrics began to embarrass the Lord. Before she could finish her song, she was summarily exiled from her hometown. Cleo did the only thing she could, and hit the road, earning money by performing as she journeyed across Talevir.

OCTAVIUS'S MOCK DUNGEON

The raucous noise of cutouts springing and smashing acid into her fellow adventurers had ceased. As the excitement died down, the feeling grabbed her. Cleo couldn't explain it, but the scene of this dark cavern filled her with inspiration. The words slipped gracefully from her as she fell into song. The beautiful melody echoed off of the stone and the chaos of the party seemed to stay still for just a moment... until Davry jumped up and exclaimed "YOU SING SO GOOD."
Cleo made an acquaintance with five other adventurers near Stagshead. At a tavern in Stagshead, the group accepted an invitation to an interview at a mock dungeon. With the promise of stable income, they made their way east towards the mysterious mock dungeon. While within the middle of traversing the mock dungeon, Cleo received a message that her exile was subject to appeal. With apologies to her fellow adventurers, she took immediate leave and forfeited any spoils of completing the interview.   It appears as though Cleo's exile ended when the Lord she fell out of favor passed away. Allegedly, this lord's son and successor thought that Cleo's blunt and embarrassing lyrics about his father were so amusing that he asked for her return immediately.
