Otho began her political career less than a decade ago, when she rose to prominance after a suprise swing in votes during a election. Her name was not very well known or reconigzed. But after her ascention it was a surprise to all when she didnt immediately step down, but instead kept her spot on the Triumvirate and used it to thrive.
Otho very quickly began to invoke law changes and bring votes to the Triumvirate that allowed for more of everything. Which the people approved of. Her true calling however seemed to be her natural charisma and diplomatic nature. Which is why after five years she was sent out to the Kai-Tengian as an embassador.
