Thum Dural

Thum Dural is the capital of the dwarven kingdom of Thur Malduhr . This city is located near the dormant volcano, glimmering pinnacle. The city has a ruling family the Orgoth Family and a large group of ministers that comprise members from the other great families. The Orgoth family has ruled over Thur Malduhr  for over 5 Millenniums. The capital city is known to be home to great artisans and Craftsmen. Here you will find the greatest blacksmiths on armor Smiths in all the dwarven Kingdom. The supply chain from here to the other cities in this Kingdom is along the many long roads under the mountain and by using the technology created called the Bang Tube .

Demographics

This city is comprised mostly of dwarves but many other species have begun to live here. The industry, including Smithing, has caused many people from other species that want to learn from the best. The dwarf that does live here do you live with their clans. These clans specialize in certain specialties. Due to this clan nature, most live and marry within their clans.

Government

The Ogroth family is the ruling body of the government in this city and in the entire Kingdom of Thur Malduhr. With them is the ministers that are comprised of members of the other great families. No ruling can go forth and be successful without both the ministry's approval and the approval of the royal family. When something happens either petty crime or war crime they are brought before the ministers and are dealt with according to the laws provided and agreed upon by the joint families. There is nothing too small to be brought before the ministers. Anyone from any clan how is the ability to stand before the ministers and plead their case to create a new law or to save a family member from their stupidity.

Industry & Trade

This city prides itself on being the home of the best craftsmen under the mountain. They trade these wonderful goods with the cities under the mountains and those outside the mountain. The wears are traded for many other much-needed things that are unable to create or make under there under the mountain. These items are traded so far as many other continents possess the wonderful works of the Craftsman of the Thum Dural.

Infrastructure

The roads are paved well, and buildings are all made of stone. Due to the Craftsman nature, there are plenty of places within the city limits to find a furnace, workhouse, or a Craftsman Hall wherever you wish to look. Use of magic as well as technology has allowed the city to be always lit and you have a sewer system that has no problems and is requiring low maintenance. There are many breweries inside the city walls. You also had many food houses and Inns.

Districts

In this city there are no official districts. But since the clans all lived together and worked together, they tend to create districts of their own. within one district you might find all the Miners another one you may find all the blacksmith another you were fine all the leatherworkers. The ruling family can be found in the north side of the city living closest to the powerful dormant volcano.

Assets

Around this city, you can find many wonderful deposits of ores. These oars include titanium,Coranite,  iron, gold, silver, and other such materials found throughout the summit.

History

So, this city was once a ruin found by the family of Orgorth. During a mighty battle, this family was forced to tactical retreat. During this retreat, many of their numbers fell through the crack of the earth, and here they found the great last city of Thum Dural. Dreading all was lost they searched the town hoping to find something that would help them in their struggle. The leader of these people found a powerful weapon in these ruins that would later turn the tides of battle. With weapon in hand, Boubthul, the leader of the Orgorth family victory.
The recount of this victory was that one that can chill the blood, while he wields these axes he appeared as a powerful monster covered in flames. When he stepped on the battlefield all could see him and feel his power, they knew they were done before he even started his Attack. with the battle won the family went back Thum Dural and made the capital of the Kingdom.
It took several years to make this city livable. But the new king wanted to make sure but this is where the seed of the power of the doors of the Ironcano summit dwarven power was.

Tourism

There are many creatures that have come here from the plane of Udaka, and because of this many adventurers like to come and test their strength and might against these creatures. There are also many fighting rings that adventurers and locals alike frequent.
