Mechanics & Inner Workings

The Empress Scepter can serve numerous functions for the ruler. To begin with, it can detect poison from anyplace within the ruler's Immediate area. If there is poison or any other chemical that could make the ruler sick, the top of the kettle will glow brilliant red. If a tea bag is placed in the poisonous sector, it will turn brilliant red and purify the area. It was done to the second king, Alexander Oxford. While negotiating treaties with the Kingdom of Wuxi and the United Realms. The delegate from the United Realms brought him some tea from their Kingdom. As soon as King Alexander opened it, his scepter became red. Knowing he could get it cleansed, he added the tea bags and offered them to the two people. He was going to find out if the delegate was aware of it, or if he had been given this information innocently. So he poured the two delegates a magnificent drink, and they all drank without trouble, implying that she was meant to be a sacrifice. This is what sparked the conflict between the United Realms and Saint Oxford.

The second thing The Empress Scepter can brew any tea within it. It takes only a few seconds for the water and tea to blend. It is capable of purifying the liquid substance contained within it, allowing for the perfect brew. Now, when you pour yourself or others, the ruler can have the Scepter detect the person's ideal temperature or beverage. Allowing for the most effective time for tea and conversation. It might also be used to create scorching hot water to pour on someone. It has only been used once in history, by Queen Elizabeth Oxford, when a suitor became too handsy with her and did not understand her request. She didn't think he was worthy of becoming prey, just a bother. She pour boiling hot water on him for being so uncivilized as to attend this party.

The third capability of the scepter is to produce a mystical projectile. In the sector, there are a total of 16 orange gems and 2 yellow gems, along with two large yellow and blue gems. Every gems represents a unique form of firepower. The 16 orange ones will fire stone projectiles that possess a hardness comparable to steel. They can either emerge as a formidable force, delivering a decisive impact that pierces through its target, or spread out in a dispersed manner, striking multiple targets with numerous smaller fragments. The solitary discharge is likely capable of breaching the majority of protective gear. Where the spread will not breach defenses but will strike multiple foes and cover a larger space. They likely knock back anyone that is in close friends no matter which style the stone bullets get shot out of.

The yellow gems unleash a bright light explosion. Blinding the vision of all except for the one who holds the scepter. The effect typically endures for a few minutes, allowing for the swift removal of adversaries or a quick getaway.

The two large yellow and blue gems will unleash a series of shots of beam of water and beams of light for a duration of one minute. Permitting the leader to eliminate any approaching threat. While not as formidable as the stone projectiles, the sheer volume of shots they deliver can breach armor and effectively eliminate any wild creatures.

History

The Empress Scepter was created at the request of the first king, Ox Oxford. He desired a weapon to display his two strongest sides, which he thought would benefit everyone under his control and throughout the Kingdom. It was first the person who could sit and drink tea, converse, and invite others. He understands the need of diplomacy and understanding, as does anyone who can figure someone out if they simply invite them to tea. Tea was the King's favorite beverage. The second component was the hunter, who would seek out the opponents and dispatch them promptly. The one willing to defend and eliminate those who would harm anyone in the Kingdom. It was also what the monarch expected of his descendants: not to be as oppressive as his father but a wise hunter. Know when to talk, when to defend, and when to attack.
