Rivboard pirates

Rivboard pirates ride a Kogi board . They use the board to come in quickly and fast. Before they were noticed. Jumping on board sneaking killing the guard before their big boat would show up. By that point, it was all over. They are mostly found on the big River. They are quick and fast in their jobs. Well at less the crews that don't want to be caught.
