Effect
It will increase the defection boost to your armor from one to five. This effect lasts as long as the ring on you.Manufacturing process
It is an easy object to forge; all you need to do is design the layline circuit in a the ring shape that will fit on a finger. Make sure you have the appropriate sigils and symbols for it. Then you heat the metal and place it in the same or similar shape, but slightly larger, and while the middle is hot, insert the circuit onto their ring and then let it cool in the holy liqued of the God or Goddess of the element. Lastly add the last of the leyline crystals on each point in the shape of element of the God amd Goddess . In the center of the ring you put the adamantium into it. Now it is completed but it is traditional to thank to God or Goddess for the divine protection the ring have.
History
It was discovered by Kaelira Steelflame, a Kasai cleric, during the Bloodstorm War.
At the time, the Skullcrusher Orc Tribe was losing the fight because their opponents used long-range tactics and a new sort of armor. However, the Skullcrushers refused to wear chest or head armor, believing that their sheer power and tenacity would suffice to defend them. Despite their previous success, the tide of battle was turning against them.
Kaelira, heartbroken and concerned for her people, wished they would accept the armor she had created to help them in battle. They adored her weapons and tools, but refused to wear armor for fear of jeopardizing their honor. Desperate, she appealed to Kasai, the god of fire and craft, for protection while keeping their customs.
Kasai heard her prayers and blessed her with supernatural insight to design a new type of protective gear. Using this knowledge, Kaelira created multiple Rings of Protection and presented them to the orc warriors. With their newfound defense, the Skullcrushers changed the tide of war, demonstrating that honor and protection can coexist.
