Riaghladair Is the ruler of the ruler for the elves. so ideally this is how it should work. each Kingdom should have 3 rulers to help maintain a balance between military magic and religion. Then Riaghladair there is only one of him and all of the Society of elves. and he is the one that supposed to bring and make sure balances between the realms. his job is to maintain all fours major kingdoms help down work out any differences. also, the face of the Elvin people when it comes to other kingdoms of different species. did become Riaghladair all 12 rulers let's agree on the person to take up the job. now candidates are chosen by each ruler and the current Riaghladair picks a candidate that they believe could do the job. did they are put through serious tests and challenges that are given to them by the ruling body. until it's down to three and then it's debated who about tell voted on in 75% must agree on the next Riaghladair. This job requires a lot to understand each Kingdom and the slight differences in nuances that they have. and how to work with people between large groups to the individual. everyone reveals this with this high esteem. In all history, there has not been a Riaghladair that has been hated there have been some rulers and other leaving bodies but never a Riaghladair. because the job is meant to help the people there is no way who does this not be doing it for the people.
