This will make it less likely to be burned and can withstand hot tempter for a longer time. Fire magical and normal fire takes longer to do damage to the user.   Side effects Slight slow reflex, stiff skin, and Tense muscles.   Overuse Will make the body move slower than the brain sending signals. Translation your senses and your thought process will be at normal speed. While your body moves slower no matter how hard you try.

Frist liquid the pepper your using. then Smash together first flame berries into a pace. Then add the mint and dragon rose to it. now smash it into it makes a cream type liquid. Then heat up the water to its at A simmer. Then add the ingredients but the Pepper. Let sit and boil for 10 minutes. When that over charge up the pepper with some fire element pop it in watch out because it is going to make a mess. wait 20 minutes then ready for bottling   Tip Depping on the mixture of the items and what type of Pepper you use will tell how strong resistance will be.
