Law of Enactment

There are two ways to make Enactment in this day and age. The first is the old way of Enactment. It would take Wizard Witch Druid or so kind Magical training that study and practice magic. They will make something to write the Enactment out. It had to be made with Natural items charge with magical energy. The use would be better if it was from living things such as sap and oil are fine. Plants are better. This where get dark blood and other body parts maker it stronger and last longer. Know with these two items all left is them know how they will write the insignia and of that magic will work
Know the new way use Lay Line Crystals to do the Enactment. it will replace the need for oil to be a magical charge as it is put on and will only need a person to how to make the symbol and insignia to make work. they would just need to understand the spell or the effect they are looking for. Make the right insignia for it to work
