K N O Pipeline
K N O Pipeline is a pipeline filtering plant in the city of Bubble Port. it makes sure 1/3rd of the city gets its water, heat, and steam. keep it clean and available for use. It also rumors to place to smuggle stuff around town or to escape the city. By using the pipe system they are able to get anywhere and everywhere. They can have an excuse to be in any part of the city. It does to pipeline job great and hard to prove there any connection to any gange or smuggling operations.
Purpose / Function
It was designed to be the main hub and hold the mainline of the system and bring it all into one area to be taken care of and tested. Be an all-around Piping facility to keep the city running. Now it is some newer features that specialize in getting stuff to people or help leave the city. you could travel in some of the big pipe. they have a special container you put stuff and it uses the steam in the pipe to be delivered. there also their men can get access to restricted and hard to get places without looking out of place
Alterations
A new type of piping for people to travel in. is the biggest change from around design besides update with the tech.
History
In 24558 the pipe was breaking down faster than it could fix it. They were also going bankrupt where they runny out of time. When they were approached by Man known as K. He said he would give them money and have few men that could help them get back on their feet. all he wanted was the ability that the men could pick up and drop a couple of packages. They knew it sound sketchy but they did see a way out. They took the deal because they did want to use their way of living. That of its starts in the smuggling world.
