Mechanics & Inner Workings

When you drink the potion will start to recover some of your magical energy. Be able to use a couple of spells. pending on how potent and strong the person is but you regain back. these persons are mostly used for emergency cases on there we don't really give much to work with.
Side Effect You get this rust feeling that makes it a little hard for you to concentrate. this feeling can become a dictate filling. going from Philly terrible two also having something in the tank some people are normally get hooked on it.
Overuse this code to damaged chakra points while your neural net. where have you come hard to use magic. it can also do irreversible damage that effect your magic and your physical life.

Description

A Basic Potion can recover 1d4+1 spell LV back to you divided as you see fit. For the spell caster that are perp users, they can only recover spells they used. it gives a -1 to will save. Know mid ter get 1d4+3 and Master get 1d4 +5 (Extra RP) If drank 4 or more in 1 day game time. make a roll with D20 on 1and for every potion over four add a point. if make the roll. they cant use their spell until heals or 2 days' rest.
