The Unified Banker's Guild

The Unified Banker's Guild consists of professional accountants all over the world, collaborating to centralize banking for customers while maximizing profits through fees and fines.

Structure

Each continent has it's own central headquarters and multiple branches in each continent that report to the central leader. Each continental branch has a head accountant, responsible for managing the facility. Below the head accountant are the major accountants, responsible for the books, profits, and maintenance of the regional bank's funds. Below them are the tellers, responsible for the day to day operations of the banks, such as customer book balances and withdrawal requests. 
The headquarters are responsible for communication between the branches and keeping customer's books in balance. No withdrawals can happen without their approval.

Culture

The Banker culture focuses on profits through interest with their customers. They prioritize wealthy customer's over poorer customers, but treat each customer as the most important customer to their face. Each year workers are given a bonus based on the amount of profit they bring to the guild, encouraging a fierce competitive environment to work in.

Public Agenda

The Unified Bankers public motivations are presented as keeping customer's money safe and transportable with no danger from facility to facility with an emphasis and focus on servicing merchants.

Assets

The Banker Guild's assets include massive vaults, complex security systems, an expansive fleet of ships, well trained relay runners, and dozens of buildings.

History

The Unified Banker's Guild began in Shin'aa as a means to collaborate between the banks already established within the empire. It expanded to other nations and continents as trade grew, allowing the merchants to access their funds anywhere for a fee. Over the course of three hundred years, the guild expanded to establish at least one bank in every known territory.
