Vollana is said to be the embodiment of Faith, Wisdom, and Compassion. She is said to have performed countless miracles in the Book of Light ranging from curing illnesses to resurrection of the fallen. She also insisted on providing aid to the wounded soldiers of the opposing force and is said to have resurrected one enemy commander and saw them returned to their lord. She is often praised as a mother, though there are no records of her having borne any children. Some believe that parts of the Book of Light suggest Vollana and Malorn may have wed, sparking conspiracy theories of possible children. Regardless, Vollana was and remains to this day the primary mortal face of the religion. Unlike the prophet Malorn who was captured, Vollana willingly surrendered to the enemy to save the lives of the innocent. She was then publicly executed. The Book of Light tells of a great storm that night that toppled the mage king’s tower and killed his children, thus ending his line and beginning the collapse of the tyrant mages.
