Laws unique to Onagan

Weapons may be carried freely within the open districts of the city, however within the protected districts no weapons may be carried without a permit. Permits allow the carry of weapons no larger than a dagger. Some special exceptions may be granted by the crown.

Primary exports include oils and oilseeds, vegetables, fuel oil, cotton cloth, finished textile supplies, materials handling equipment, wagons, carriages, specialty land vehicles, artwork, jewelry, toys and games, furniture, books and printed material, musical instruments, cookware, cutlery, kitchen tools, glassware, tableware, and nursery stock.

Docks - The Avonrock Port and Carnnia Landing are both here divided by a rocky outcropping.
Fisher's Folly - The city slums.
The Lanterns - The red light district.

Protected Districts

Castle District - Home to Valen Castle.
Hilltop - A district containing a select few estates.
Highroad - Where most civic matters are handled.
The Valley - The wealthy residential district.
Shield District - The city garrison.
