Portraits of a Young Prince

The image of the prince seemed so peaceful. But something in his eyes - was unsettling. These are not the eyes of a young boy enjoying daylight, he thought.These are the eyes of someone, who has seen death.

The portraits of a young prince are a series of three paintings, depicting the Prince Emanuel of Bealuki, who tragically died at the young age of four years. His mother, Frederike of Taymtstrom reportedly commissioned the portraits after the death of her only son.
It is rumored, the pictures have captured the soul of the young prince, so the greiving mother could have him close to her where every she went. Each picture hung in a different home of Frederike. The pictures are similar in that they display the prince as he was in life, frontal in an outfit fashioned like a uniform. Each picture shows him in a different day of time and with a different expression: In the morning with a joyful smile, during the day with a serious look and at sunset with a sad look in tears.
About that soul...

There are in fact four portraits, the fourth in an unknown location. This picture shows the prince dead but also contains an ominous amount of dark magic.

You see, I acquired this painting of three a few years ago. A curious portrait. A young boy, is it not? Look at his eyes. The eyes are that of an old man. Don't they seem to beg you for help? A delightfully curious work.

After the prince's death, people reported the images changing - apparently the prince did no longer look like a four year old boy but rather like an eight year old. Shortly after, the mother completely disappeared along with all her posessions, leaving only the empty houses and the portraits behind.

Emanuel, dearest, I .. I am so sorry. Every day it hurts so much. I cannot believe what they did to you. I am sorry. Please stop looking at me like that. I will come to you. I will no longer leave you alone. Please.

It is said, that the mother to all her treasures and tried to join her son in the other world. Some claim one of the pictures contains a clue, where the treasure has disappeared to.
About those clues...

There are in fact clues hidden in all three portraits. only when comparing all three together thes can show the truth - Because of some magic shenanigans it would in fact required to bring those three portraits together physically.

Today, the portraits are distributed all across Caramiza. So far, nobody has claimed to have solved the secret of the portraits.
