Old Mother Goat

A Darkcoat Goat that is terrorizing the settelement of Neigstetten. Old Mother Goat is a large matriarch with a wild herd of around 60 animals - one of the largest known wild darkcoat goat herds in the Serrenten Mountains.
Their relationship with the herders from Neigstetten is complicated. On the one hand their herd is very protective of the settelement, famously having driven away a group of roaming bandits once. On the other hand the regularily raid the settelemnt for food and to free goats from the herds in town.
Every other year the settelment engages in a hunt of the goat, although the aim is not kill but to scare them away. Apparently, Old Mother Goat is well aware of their intentions and keeps away for a while after the hunting event, only to return with a big raid a few months later. When the event was postponed one year due to a series of storms, the goat was seen close to the usual gathering spoat, bleating loudly and apparently searching for their hunters, anxious for the game to begin.
