Marius Dwarventhal

Marius Dwarventhal, most commonly known as the white monk, is traveling the areas of Whitesteel Inc's factories, villages and farms independently from any work details. He is easily recognized by his unusual white cleric's robe, which does not correspond to any of the deities. The white monk often stays in a village for a couple of nights, advising the people, carrying out blessings, and mediate in conflicts between the company and the workers. His talent to solve conflicts is generally known and he in fact seems to appear where conflict is close to boiling over.
Marius has a rather few distinctive features and usually keeps wearing his hood, preventing people to see a dark red streak in his otherwise black hair. His eyes are dark but warm and friendly, although there are some hard lines around his eyes, telling of harsh truths he may have witnessed before. When asked about his white robes he claims to simply not be pledged to any deity and rather he will speak for each of them when appropriate.
There are suspicions that Marius has ties to the Steelbrethren and while not being an active member, he possibly has knowledge of several high ranking members. No matter how challenging an area may be in regards to conflict between Factory Ground Guard and restless workers, Marius never seems to be in the corssfire. In fact, some guards making the mistake of targetting the white monk quickly felt the anger of both their colleagues as well as the workers and often disappear quietly afterwards.
In fact, most people that openly oppose or attack Marius are usually disappearing quietly. When Marius Dwarventhal comes to the end of his travels, he is usually no longer wearing his white robes. Instead, he will have switched into a white suite with dark red metal inlays and brandishing a cane with the Whitesteel Inc Logo on it. Everybody who will see him then will not recognize the white monk but Mr. Dwarventhal, the head of Whitesteel Inc.
And when he sits down at his desk at his mansion, residing with almost unchecked ower over the lands of the comapny he founded almost 120 years ago, he will write a few short orders, a few names - and people that crossed him, endangered the factory and his profits or dared to speak up too firecely will quietly disappear.
