Ulmo Gladhander

A halfling male and swarthy agent of the Shroud in the Treeleaf Union town of Ardin. More interested in using his position to get free cigars and bribes from local politicians, his alarming incompetence has been tolerated for years due to Ardin's perceived lack of importance in Shroud operations. 
All of that changed in the fall of 918, when a fiendish entity known as Gray Hat was spotted in the Imperial Marshes surrounding Ardin. This combined with the disappearance of everything connected to Jezebeth Rahal's aetherforged project disappearing from town in the same week threw Ulmo's leadership of the Shroud's Ardin office seriously into question.
