Victorious Light University

Victorious Light University is a university in the Vundkragi city of Vikada. It was built upon the ruins of Ba Sing Se University and established in EL 1012. Its founder and first president was the renowned adventurer and scholar Silaqui Serpenthelm. It is most known for its religion and astronomy programs.
